- We do not offer refunds for any purchases made at Sushi Rokkan.
- If there is an issue with your order, we will provide store credit to be used on future purchases.
- To be eligible for store credit, you must report the issue within 24 hours of receiving your order. Please provide details and, if possible, a photo of the issue.
- For takeout and pickup orders, we do not charge for items if they are not taken out or picked up.
- Please notify us in advance if you need to cancel a takeout or pickup order.
