We do not offer refunds for any purchases made at Sushi Rokkan.
If there is an issue with your order, we will provide store credit to be used on future purchases.
To be eligible for store credit, you must report the issue within 24 hours of receiving your order. Please provide details and, if possible, a photo of the issue.
For takeout and pickup orders, we do not charge for items if they are not taken out or picked up.
Please notify us in advance if you need to cancel a takeout or pickup order.
